PRESS RELEASE: TORONTO, ONTARIO

AirSprint Inc., the Canadian authority in Fractional Jet Ownership, continues to be celebrated for its industry-leading performance, global business practices and sustained growth. The private jet operator is honoured to receive the 2024 Canada's Best Managed Companies award, reaffirming its commitment to excellence in every aspect of its operations. For over 30 years, Canada's Best Managed Companies program has awarded distinction to private Canadian-owned companies with revenues of $50 million or greater. Companies are evaluated on their leadership in strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities, innovation, governance and financial performance.

"We're thrilled to be named one of Canada's Best Managed Companies," said James Elian, President & CEO of AirSprint. "Today marks a significant milestone as we achieve Gold Standard status yet again, building upon our initial Best Managed Award in 2020. Maintaining this recognition for five consecutive years speaks volumes about every team member's hard work and commitment to our company and the satisfaction of our Fractional Owners."

In 2023, AirSprint saw substantial growth across its departments. With over 350 employees nationwide, the company added a new hangar facility, offering an additional 16,000 square feet for maintenance. It also unveiled a state-of-the-art operations centre spanning 6,000 square feet, serving as the nerve centre for the Integrated Operations Control Centre and Owner Services teams. In the past year alone, these teams enabled Fractional Owners to reach over 550 destinations, covering nearly 27,250,000 km across more than 5,300 unique direct flight routes. This growth and expansion signify AirSprint's commitment to providing its valued Owners with the best service and experiences.

"Everyone has played a key role in the tremendous growth we've seen as an organization," said Scott Wenz, Vice President of Sales and Marketing & CGO of AirSprint. "None of our achievements would have been feasible without the leadership, skills and knowledge that every employee contributes. We capped off an exceptional year by welcoming our 500th Fractional Owner and adding our 36th jet, strengthening our position as Canada's largest fleet of fractional aircraft."

The 2024 cohort of Best Managed companies share common themes such as having a people-centric culture, targeting effective ESG strategies, and accelerating operational digitization. "Over the past year, companies such as AirSprint have continually adapted and successfully responded to challenges, seized new opportunities and leveraged industry-leading competencies to maximize their investments and drive sustainable growth," said Lorrie King, Partner, Deloitte Private, Global Best Managed Leader and Co-Leader, Canada's Best Managed Companies program. "By demonstrating an increased focus on environmental, social and governance themes, these winners have set the standard of excellence for Canada's business ecosystem."
