As a Flight Supporter, you play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and all our flights are setup for success. From making flight plans, booking crew travel and accommodation to global logistics, our Flight Supporters take the utmost care of our clients and pilots. Flight Supporters with AirSprint is a dynamic, exciting, and rewarding role making it happen day in and day out.
The primary focus of the Flight Supporter is to ensure logistics for each flight are efficiently organized and entered into the operations software system. Equally important, a Flight Supporter offers direct support to the Pilot-in Command (PIC) by effectively communicating trip itineraries, supporting documents and preliminary flight plans. This position proactively creates group awareness of changing operational environments and adjusts services to the PIC and the aircraft in response.
In this role you will:
- Complete all operational logistics for each trip assignment
- Communicate overseas flight requirements with third party international trip planning once approved by the Duty Manager
- Prepare preliminary flight plans and provide supporting weather details for aircrew
- Effectively communicate flight details and provide supporting documents to aircrew in a timely manner
- Assist with flight following as required by the Company Operations Manual and CARs 604/704 (Class C)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 1 year of related experience facilitating operational logistics, preferable in an aviation or transportation
- Experience in MS Office and MS Windows

As a Personal Flight Concierge, you play a key role in our customer's overall experience. The primary focus of the Personal Flight Concierge is to predictively and proactively raise the Owner’s trip requests, ensuring these bookings are accurate, customized, and communicated. Once a trip becomes active, the secondary focus is to monitor, communicate, and respond to client needs. The collective focus is to provide exceptional customer service; therefore, there is an element of quality control within this role.
In this role you will:
- Manage urgent flight requests, taken via phone, email or the AirSprint App
- Compile client travel needs, assemble trip details and load the details into the fight scheduling software
- Collect and file the necessary travel documentation sent by travelers
- Run a report of the missing information for the next 4 days’ flights and contact travelers if necessary
- Coordinate client in-flight requests, such as the level of cabin service, cabin configuration and other special requests for the upcoming flights
- Run a report of the flights for the following 2 days and highlight the special requests for the Booking Coordinator
- Conduct quality control checks for ground logistics, in-flight requests and trip details for flights affected prior to the Booking Coordinator’s shift

As a Flight Follower within our Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) team, you are responsible for supporting and following all the flights to their destinations. Flight Follower plays an integral role in ensuring that AirSprint aircraft are safely and efficiently monitored in accordance with the established standards and regulations. As part of the Operations Control team while performing functional role of a Flight Follower, you would enthusiastically demonstrate AirSprint’s corporate value of service in everything you do.
The primary focus of the flight Follower is to closely monitoring the locations and statuses of the aircraft to ensure proper adherence to procedures throughout all flight phases are communicated to the Owner Services team and Duty Managers. Equally as important, a Flight Follower will actively communicate and coordinate with the Owner Services team as required to ensure the arrangement of Owner’s requests for ground logistics are aligned with the flight schedules. This position plays a key role in enabling our team to go over and beyond, working collaboratively to provide reliable and efficient travel experience and exceptional customer service to our Owners each time they fly with us.
In this role you will:
- Monitor the location and status of all active and scheduled flights
- Communicate detailed and timely updates to the Owner Service team and Duty Managers
- Maintain awareness of weather conditions on-route and bring any potential issues to the attention of Duty Managers
- Effectively and efficiently communication with all active flights
- Proactively update customs and the Fixed Base Operator (FBO)’s on flight schedules, changes and anticipated arrival times
- Active communication and coordination with the Owner Services team to ensure the arrangement of Owner’s requests for ground logistics are aligned with the flight schedules

As a Duty Manager, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of aircraft and aircrew while maintaining a focus on safety and providing an exceptional owner experience. In this role you would provide operational oversight and support through the start-to-end flight process, working closely with the Owner Services, Flight Operations and Operations Control teams.
The primary focus of the Duty Manager is to provide oversight of flight logistics in collaboration with the Owner Services and Flight Support teams. Equally important, a Duty Manager offers support to their team, by providing coaching and assisting personnel when needed.
In this role you will:
- Provide quality oversight through reviewing and approving booking and revision details, and flight logistics in collaboration with the Owner Services and Flight Support teams.
- Ensure the start-to-end flight process is performed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with Flight Operations team to ensure the efficient scheduling of flights and aircrew while ensuring adherence to Canadian Aviation Regulation (CARs) regulations and FRMS policies.
- Manage timely, positional oversight of the aircraft via the published flight following procedures and alerting.
- Assist the Duty Pilot(s) with airport & route assessments.
- Liaise with maintenance department to ensure aircraft are assigned in accordance with forecast maintenance schedules
- Maintain awareness of items and restrictions affecting the scheduling of aircraft as per the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and subsequently update the aircraft database with deferred defect issued by Maintenance.
- Prepare and distribute operational briefs
- Communicate empty legs to applicable Owners.
- Support Owner Services and Flight Support teams as required as well as act as the custodian of aircraft when not under the authority of a Pilot in Command (PIC).
